Why do you still have plastic and foil packaging?

BioPak are working closely with us to develop new sustainable packaging solutions for our home-style food. There currently isn't a range that functionally has the same properties as plastics and foils, while keeping our food hot, keeping the bags grease-proof and being able to remain refrigerated for longer periods. We have significantly reduced our usage of non-compostable packaging including:

Foil lined bags: Our foil lined bags are neither recyclable or compostable and must go in your general waste landfill bin. 

Plastic containers: Our plastic containers are recyclable (see details below) and we are working on alternatives with BioPak to replace our plastic range.
